These terms apply to your use of this website and to text messages from The Seville Team, the real estate practice of Belinda Seville, a licensed Colorado real estate broker with Guide Real Estate. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.
Text message program
Program name: The Seville Team text messages.
We send text messages only for:
- Replies to questions you send us.
- Follow-up on an inquiry you submitted.
- Appointment confirmations and reminders for calls or showings you booked.
How you opt in. You opt in by first texting or calling our business number, (720) 597-8773, or by checking the optional text message checkbox on a form on this site. That checkbox is never required to submit a form, and consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any property or service.
We do not use marketing lists, and we do not text people who have not contacted us.
Message frequency varies with your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply.
To stop: Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply START to resume.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
