• We worked with Belinda twice within two years, once on a $535k purchase of an acreage and once on a $700k sale of an acreage. Belinda was a consistent professional who was extremely knowledgeable about rural properties and the unique details that accompany them. Both transactions were fluid, without surprise, and closed on time.

• Our move was a major transition out of our long time home in Lakewood to the Eastern plains in rural Bennett; a 10 acre lot, with septic, barn, well and ranch setup. We knew very little about that. She helped us every step of the way and it has been the best move of our lives.
